Your project's shared brain.
Goals, constraints, decisions, facts, glossary. What every teammate can see when they think.
What it is
Project memory is the durable layer beneath your team. It survives model changes, teammate changes, time. Everything in it was either authored by you or proposed by Lorah and approved by you in the Review Queue.
Every teammate gets the approved memory on every turn, as much as fits. If not everything fits, the reply says what was left out.
Approving an item means you accepted it, not that it’s been fact-checked. You can always see where it came from and replace it.
How it works
-
1
Authored memory is yours.
Goals, constraints, priorities, principles. Set during onboarding, edit anytime in Settings.
-
2
Accumulated memory comes from work.
Facts, decisions, and glossary terms surface from syncs, rooms, and wrapped-up chats. Each one passes through the Review Queue first.
-
3
Teammates think with it.
Every chat, every sync, every room: teammates ground their thinking in the current state of memory.
-
4
Correct it when it changes.
Open the item and press Supersede memory. Write the new version; it goes to Review as a replacement. Once approved, the old one is marked Superseded and stays in the history.
